Crafting questions is trickier than it appears.
It can be a stressful task to craft interview questions &ndash; even for the most experienced recruiters. Google pooled together a range of questions covering different topics that you might consider adding to your question bank.

Of course, certain companies follow a rigid interview structure with predetermined questions and if your company has a set plan, it's best to stick to it.
