Information Technology Technician

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

PERMANENT

LOCATION: BURNLEY

FULL TIME: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (HYBRID)

 

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking to recruit IT Support Technicians  for our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Burnley.

Key Responsibilities 

- Set up and deploy user workstations, making sure to install all the necessary applications and tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with hardware, software, and connected devices.

- Create and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, ensuring they have the right licenses and properly configured mailboxes.

- Provide local, on-site support as well as remote assistance to our global team.

- Oversee  mobile device program by ordering and configuring devices, enrolling them in MDM, and guiding users.

- Help fix connectivity challenges, whether it's LAN, WAN, or WiFi.

- Handle service desk tickets promptly and efficiently, making sure it meets a service level agreements.

- Stay updated on and follow all CRCE/Site QHSE project-related procedures.

- Perform your duties safely and effectively, in compliance with the company's QHSE policies, and report any unsafe

Skills and experience sought:

 

Excellent Communicator and Customer Service Skills

Experience of supporting the following technologies:

Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems

 Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft Office suite

 Android mobile devices

 Apple mobile devices

 Basic PC\Notebook hardware support

 Antivirus technology and procedures
