This role is essential in maintaining and developing product sales in the Retail and Specification divisions across the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries through all communication channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) - Manage the end-to-end order cycle using ERP systems, including stock availability, order placements, and delivery status updates - Address and resolve customer complaints effectively - Keep customers informed about outstanding projects and updates - Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Sales Managers to optimize order processing and achieve sales targets - Support the external sales team and suggest opportunities for service improvements
