Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to work for a growing company based in Telford.

General Requirements
• Relevant education or strong practical background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in SQL server and ability to write SQL queries.
• Develop backend solutions according to requirements.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Hardware and Network understanding is valued.
• IT support experience is valued.

Job Requirements
• Experienced in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
• Experience with Axapta ver. 2012 is an advantage
• Can develop in X++ (C#, C++) and migrate larger projects between platforms
• Knowledge of D365FO best practice
• Builds documentation for both programmers and users
• Experience with SQL databases and script development

Responsibilities
• Develop and support the Dynamics 365 FO platform.
• Maintain and improve the documentation for the D365FO Platform and integrated systems.
• Maintain and develop on our D365FO EDI setup.
• Respond to support calls and emails in order to keep internal clients informed as to the status of their support enquiry.
• Support users globally on D365FO related requests and issues on a daily basis.
• Escalate any tickets you are unable to fix in a timely manner.
• Supporting the roll-out of new functionalities.
