Administrator/Project Coordinator/Customer Service/Account Manager
Location: Somerset Yeovil
Salary £28,000 PA
An experienced Administrator with a wealth of experience. Mim has worked in various industry's, she is able to adapt and utilise her transferable skills to suit the task in hand.
·Manage phone calls and correspondence such as emails, letters and packages
·Print and collate all relevant site-specific paperwork (including any surveys or reports) to create project files for Site Managers
·Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the Project Managers have what they need, at the right time, for each project
·Creating and managing project schedules and timelines
·Maintaining project documentation, reports and records
·Filing of completed project files once project has been handed over
