  • Job title – Regional Facilities Manager
  • Availability – 1 week
  • Radius willing to travel – Based in Leeds – North & Scotland region, would consider a broader location depending on travel expectations

  • An experienced facilities manager with over 10 years’ experience of managing both regional and national contracts. She describes herself as professional, reliable, able to work under pressure with strong people and contract management skills. Experienced in all aspects of building management both client facing and central water support including H&S property audits, vacant property security inspections, hazard recording and incident investigation.
  • Proven experience in managing a variety of facility and building operations from void properties (SFG30 maintenance, refurbishments and compliance) and ram raids and subsequent rebuilds, from fire and risk assessment action resolution to PPMs and compliance activities.
  • Experienced in client management including tenders, reviews, SLA & KPI agreements, external supplier management and confident building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • She has taken internal courses for Asbestos Awareness, Legionella Responsible Persons, Sub-Contractor Management, RAMS and COSHH. Recently completed NEBOSH General Certificate, CMI Level 3 and 3-day Emergency First Aid at Work.
